Vendor Registration ends on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 12 PM.
Checks should be made payable to Good Shepherd Men's Emmaus. Cash is also accepted.
Setup is at 8 AM, day of the show. Event concludes at 3 PM.
The applicant, by execution of this form, hereby releases and discharges Good Shepherd Catholic Church (EVENT Organizers), other participants, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and other VENDORS, of any liabilities before, during and after the EVENT activities held on the date, time, and location stated above.
I agree that my booth will be operated in an organized and undisruptive manner, keeping a "Safety First" atmosphere, and that I will not remove my booth until after the show. I agree to abide by all safety and security procedures applicable to this event. I further declare that I carry insurance coverage for the booth that I have registered for this event.
I hereby agree to be responsible to clean up and make whatever repairs to the venue that becomes necessary as a result of any damage that may be caused by my booth, operatives, and guests.
For any EVENT, Good Shepherd Catholic Church cannot guarantee a specific number of VENDORS, a specific level of attendance by the public, or the amount of your sales. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON, OTHER THAT THOSE STIPULATED IN THE VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The acceptance of this VENDOR Registration is contingent to the VENDOR agreeing to abide by the enclosed VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT.
A completed VENDOR application is a commitment to attend the EVENT.
Amount for the VENDOR spot, will be shown on VENDOR Registration Form.
NO refunds will be made for cancellations by the VENDOR. If EVENT is cancelled by the EVENT ORGANIZER, a refund will be provided, minus any expenses incurred by the EVENT ORGANIZER on behalf of the VENDOR.
VENDOR spots will be placed as close as possible to the high traffic area, such as the Food Court, but placement cannot be guaranteed.
VENDOR spot locations will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis
VENDOR spot size is approximately 10’ X 10' - Larger spots may be available, please call.
VENDORS are responsible for unloading, setting up, and breaking down their booths
Booths must be completely set up before the EVENT'S published opening time.
VENDORS are responsible for staffing their booth.
VENDORS are to keep display area clean and safe
Take down and cleanup cannot be started until after the EVENT’S published closing time.
Any vehicle brought with supplies, must be unloaded and removed from the field promptly.
All vehicles must be removed from the VENDOR area and moved to their designated parking location, before the EVENT opens.
If you need to keep a vehicle by your booth, you MUST have it approved before the EVENT.
Electricity may not be available; a QUIET portable generator may be brought in. Some EVENTS may not allow generators, please have generator pre-approved. Bringing in a generator, may alter your placement on the field.
Items may not be taped or tied to any structure, wall, fixture, etc., unless approval is obtained. No staples, nails, or anything else that may cause damage, may be used.
VENDORS may not dig holes, drive in stakes, or do anything that will damage the surface of the ground or cement
Any VENDOR found to be disrupting the EVENT in any way, will be asked to leave.
The EVENT ORGANIZERS, reserve the right to reject a VENDOR application for whatever reason they may deem necessary and to remove any exhibit they consider inappropriate or unacceptable.
Acknowledgement of Risk:
I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the EVENT represented by this registration form. I recognize that the activities may involve risk of injury and I agree to accept any and all risks associated with them, including but not limited to property damage or loss, minor bodily injury, severe bodily injury, and death. Furthermore I recognize that participation in the EVENT activities involves activities and risks incidental thereto, including but not limited to, travel to and from the EVENT and the possible negligent or reckless conduct of other participants. I am voluntarily participating in the activities with the knowledge of the risks involved and hereby agree to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, bodily injury, or death.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
In consideration of my participation in the EVENT and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Good Shepherd Catholic Church (Event Organizers), its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, other VENDORS, and sponsors. I further agree to exclude the afore mentioned parties, from and any and all claims arising out of or resulting from my participation in the activities of the EVENT. “Claim” as used in this agreement means any financial loss, claim, suit, action, damage, or expense, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or injury to or destruction of tangible property including loss of use resulting there from.
I hereby voluntarily hold harmless Good Shepherd Catholic Church (Event Organizers), their officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, assigns, other VENDORS, and sponsors from any and all claims, both present and future, that may be made by me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns.
I also understand that the EVENT, does not provide any medical or dental insurance or life insurance to cover bodily injury, illness or death, nor insurance for or omissions; and I acknowledge that I am completely responsible for my own insurance or other financial sources, to cover these expenses.
I further understand that this acknowledgement of risk and hold harmless is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, I agree that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I agree that this acknowledgment of risk and hold harmless is effective for as long as I participate in the EVENT.
