SAINT PATRICK OF IRELAND
March 17, 2020 - Today we celebrate the feast day of St. Patrick of Ireland. His story begins at the young age of 16 when he was captured and sold as a slave by raiders who brought him to the pagan island of Ireland. The 6 years he endured in suffering transformed him into a faithful servant. Eventually he escaped but The Lord called him back to the place of his enslavement where spent the rest of his life converting the entire country of Ireland.
